Zookpit integrations
Zookpit helps people find local service businesses and submit service requests in the United States. Our connector searches participating professionals; it does not return independent Google Maps listings.
Services and areas
The website supports searches across U.S. states and Washington, DC. City is optional for statewide browsing. Independent listings appear only after a visitor submits a search.
Website browse categories: Plumbing, Electrical, Pest Control, HVAC, Locksmith, Appliance Repair, Handyman.
The connector tools currently accept plumbing, electrical, HVAC, locksmith, appliance-repair and handyman. Pest control is available on the website, but not in the connector tool schemas. Coverage and participating professionals vary by location.
Connector endpoint
This is the Zookpit MCP endpoint. Availability in a particular assistant or directory depends on that platform; no OpenAI or Claude directory approval is claimed.
Available tools
- search_service_professionals
- Read-only search of active participating Zookpit professionals by service, city and state; returns up to 20, including an empty result when none match. Does not search Google Maps.
- request_local_service
- Writes a general service request only after the customer explicitly confirms submission and provides contact and job details. Returns a reference on success; it is not a confirmation that a professional accepted the job.
- request_service
- Read-only: looks up a specific participating professional and opens a quote-request form. Opening it does not submit a request.
- submit_quote_request
- Writes a quote request for the selected participating professional after the customer provides and confirms job and contact details. Returns a reference/status on success; no reply, quote or booking is guaranteed.
Limits and privacy
Website visitors may select up to five independent Google Maps businesses as preferences, not confirmed participants. Automatic outreach to those businesses is not implemented. The public discovery search has daily per-client and global limits; a limit can make listings temporarily unavailable. The connector is for participating professionals, not this discovery feed.
Requests require contact and job details. SMS consent is optional and separate; neither selecting a listing nor opening a form sends a request.
