Zookpit SMS program

Zookpit sends non-marketing text messages to people who separately opt in. Customers may receive messages about service-request receipt, provider assignment, scheduling, confirmations, and service-status updates. Participating service professionals may receive local service opportunities and account-related notifications.

Consent

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or use of Zookpit. Consent applies only to the message types described at the point where you opt in. Zookpit does not use SMS opt-in consent as permission for unrelated promotional messaging.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on service requests, account activity, and available service opportunities. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your text or data plan.

STOP and HELP

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a Zookpit message. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. If you later want to receive messages again, you may opt in again through the applicable Zookpit form or supported opt-in method.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile information and SMS consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing.
