Water seen at one location may need investigation to identify its source. Say where it appears, when you first noticed it and whether using a fixture changes it. If safe, shut off the affected water supply for an active leak.
Plan for access and follow-up
For a shared building, coordinate with management if inspection requires another unit or a common area. Ask who handles any drying, cleanup or restoration beyond the plumbing repair; those tasks may require a separate service.
